GUSTAVO ORTIZ-MILLÁN (licenciatura y maestría, UNAM; doctorado, Columbia University) trabaja básicamente temas de ética (psicología moral, ética normatival y ética aplicada). También tiene publicaciones sobre temas de teorías de emociones, filosofía de la mente y de la acción y estética. Ha impartido cursos en la UNAM, el CIDE, Columbia University, New York University y Brooklyn College (City University of New York). Es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores del CONACYT. También es miembro del Colegio de Bioética. Ha sido investigador visitante en la University of California, Berkeley.

GUSTAVO ORTIZ-MILLÁN (B.A. and M.A., National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM); PhD, Columbia University) works on ethics (moral psychology and applied ethics), philosophy of mind and action, although he is interested in aesthetics as well. He has published several papers on these areas. He has also taught at the National University of Mexico, CIDE, Columbia University, New York University and Brooklyn College (CUNY). He is a member of the Colegio de Bioética. He has been a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley.
